Do like the instructions say August 30, 2010 Anton Paloka 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
WATER! If applied correctly (spray it on) this would have stuck on great! I was scared to use water, of course because it doesnt mix well with electronics, but if I applied a mist of water to the sticky side, I could have slid this on, and the water would have slid out with the squeegee, which isnt the best, so use a credit card.
Waste of money. August 28, 2010 Samantha I just bought this today & I feel like my mom money (PLUS it caused her to get mad at me (after I said something because I was getting mad at the screen protector).
Pros:
1. Didn't interfere with sensitivity or feel of the screen.
2. Even though it doesn't look invisible on my phone, it doesn't interfere with the brightness/color/etc of the screen.
3. It'll probably protect well.
Cons:
1. Pain in the ass to install.
2. Doesn't align perfectly.
3. Leaves screen looking rough (maybe it'll smooth out).
4. Expensive ($23 with tax at Best Buy).
I hate this screen protector. I'm going to try and return it tomorrow & I hope and pray I can.
Difficult to apply correctly August 23, 2010 Chris Sanders Pros: It protects the screen from scratches. It doesn't disrupt touch screen sensitivity very much.
Cons: 1) It's very difficult to apply to the screen correctly. I tried as hard as I could to follow the directions. The screen guard is very flimsy and hard to get exactly fitted to the screen. I still have clumps of very tiny little air bubble looking things that haven't gone away since putting it on, and I've had it on for over a month now. 2) The screen guard doesn't fit perfectly, it's just a tad smaller than the screen. 3) The screen guard has a slight bumpy texture when looking at it in some lighting. You can't feel this with your fingers, but you can see it.
Review of Inisible Gadget Guard August 22, 2010 V. Cocco The Invisible Gadget Guard has turned out to be an excellent screen protector for my Samsung Capivate. Make sure you apply a generous (not overly generous) sprinkling of water as the instructions suggest. This enables you to move the shield around and make adjustments.
As the instruction suggest, the water bubbles did take some time to dissipate. Just keep using the supplied edger tool to run them off the sides of your device. With the exception of one stubborn bubble still left near the top of my screen, all bubbles are gone and I'm left with a durable see through surface.
One thing I did notice is at the bottom of the screen the menu, home, back and search buttons seemed to have lost some of their sensitivity after applying the shield.
Overall, an excellent product which I would recommend.
TRUS ME DON"T PURCHASE THIS AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE August 19, 2010 dan abarca (Mid-California) O.k so I ordered this and they mistakingly sent me 2 of them which at first I was very happy but soon I realized it was probably for a reason. First let me start by saying that I also have an Ipod Touch 2 to be precise both with screen protectors from the AT&T Store Not only are they 9.99 but they come with 3!!! and they install them for you!!! Superb Service at my AT&T STORE!!! I bought my wife the ZUNE because of its OLED SCREEN And I purchased the ZAGG Screen Protector for it I installed it and looks great still now 7 months later! I noticed that this company had the same claims as the ZAGG (Military Grade Blah blah blah) The first Screen I installed using the KIT I had from the previous ZAGG for my zune on 1 of the 2 protectors I received. BAD IDEA LOOKED AWFUL! then the second one I installed using soapy water as instructed I used as little as possible as I didn't want to get my device excessively wet. I let it dry for 14 hours and it looks better than when I first applied it but NO WHERE NEAR as good as the ones I got from AT&T STORE for my ipod touches. I have now removed the skin and have used my phone for about a month without any protection and I'm happy to say that I have yet to notice any scratches on my phone. I hope this helps and Please do not Purchase this. You have been warned.
