Great charger, for the price you can't go wrong. The cord is about twice as long as the cheap gas station chargers, and the smart chip significantly reduces overheating while charging. The quality feels good and the plug holds snugly in the phone.
Terrific value, and I would certainly recommend it to others. Might have to buy one or two more for the other cars and probably one for the boat!

This does everything you expect a car charger to do. What I really like about it is the longer chord and the blue light that lets you know it's got power. I purchased two of these and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I bought my Moto Droid and realized quickly that a car charger would be nice to have when using the navigation function (the gps really drains the battery). The product shipped quickly and works great. The cool blue led that lights up the clear disc looks really neat. Very nice product and you can't beat the price.

I've had this for a few months, and just picked up another for my wife. While it says this is for the Droid A855, it works with any micro-USB device.
Personally, I've used it with the Nokia N900, BlackBerry 9700, Nexus One, Kindle 3G, and MyTouch 3G Slide. It's moved from car to car, person to person, and doesn't show any signs of the plastic weakening or the connector bending.
The only real drawback this charger has is the glowing blue Motorola logo. If your 12V adapter isn't switched, it's going to glow blue the whole time it's plugged in, and could draw some unwanted attention to your car in a parking lot. The logo is also a bit wide, so if space around your outlet is at a premium, it might take some wiggling to get this to fit right.
Really though, for what this costs, you're getting an outstanding quality product. Most of the knockoffs in this range use ultra thin plastic, and don't hold up well. This is definitely a step up, and would easily cost five times as much in an AT&T / Sprint / T-Mobile / Verizon store.
